Modelling of hydrogen atoms reflection from an annealed tungsten fuzzy surfaces

Abstract Modelling of the hydrogen reflection on tungsten smooth and fuzz surfaces under low-energy plasma bombardment has been performed with three-dimensional kinetic Monte Carlo code SURO-FUZZ.
